Approximate HP, FP & Stamina by Stat Value

These are the approximate values this calculator's stat bars are built from — useful for seeing roughly how much you gain by pushing a stat further.

Vigor → HP · Mind → FP · Endurance → Stamina

Why Overinvesting Past a Cap Wastes Points

Look at Vigor between 40 and 60: roughly 880 HP gained across 20 points, or about 44 HP per point. Between 60 and 99, the same stat only gains about 200 HP across 39 points — barely 5 HP per point. That's the entire idea of a soft cap: the game doesn't stop you from investing further, it just makes those points far less valuable than putting them into a different stat that's still below its own first breakpoint.

This is exactly what the live stat bars in the Build Planner are built to show — each bar marks its soft caps and turns gold the moment you reach one, so you always know when a stat has stopped pulling its weight.
